We have forgotten how to really rest, which is bad for our well-being, energy, productivity and level of happiness. At best, we watch TV shows, sit on social networks, hang out aimlessly on the Internet, absorb the news, or lie on the couch. We have forgotten how to relax without a phone, computer or TV. As a result, we feel even more tired and exhausted, not getting the rest we need.
Most of us almost never part with gadgets. We constantly look at TV, computer, tablet or phone. We go to the bathroom, bed, toilet, kitchen and any other place along with the usual gadget. Instead of a good rest, we always stare at the screen, hoping to find something interesting and relaxing there.
But this is not a rest at all. As a result, we feel tired, sad, and irritated. We are hammered in with useless information that can be safely attributed to digital noise. The modern world does not give us rest and rest. Watch another movie, video, picture, news, article, post on a social network. One information trash.
As a result, the person begins to experience devastation, lack of energy and depression. When you are going to rest, do you take the gadget in hand? This is not the rest you really need. We have forgotten the art of rest. We have forgotten how to take a breath in the hustle and bustle of life. It's time to remember this skill to enjoy your vacation.
