Ever thought that you are not in control of yourself and your life? You are only an auxiliary tool or a supporting actor for other people. You solve other people's problems, you owe someone all the time, you try for others and try to meet the expectations of others. How did it happen that even in your life you did not become the main one, and your interests, desires, goals and dreams are thrown away?
I was always surprised by the large number of people and the perception of their personalities. In transport or in a crowd, I peered into the faces of people, trying to better understand them. Each of them existed with their own lives, aspired to their goals, dreamed of something of their own and moved somewhere according to their plans.
It amazed me that every person was at the epicenter of this world and the universe. Each played a major role and was the main character in his own little world. This planet consists of billions of people, where everyone considers themselves to be the main characters, and other people are secondary participants or actors of the crowd. For some, you are just a passer-by or, at best, a supporting character.
It seems that everything is clear and obvious, but you can often notice that you are being prevented from taking your own main role. Even in your life, they try to make you a supporting actor or extras. You have to help others to get an "Oscar" when you are not destined for the first place even in your life.
In your life, you are not the main character
It's a shame. Even in your life, you do not play the main role, and others are trying to impose on you a supporting place or a representative of the crowd. You have to help other people, drag them, fulfill their desires and come to the rescue for some unknown reason. Nobody cares about your desires, goals, opinions and dreams. You have to play your part in the crowd scene, and then dump into the shadows.
So for many people you become only a tool for the better arrangement of their world. You want to play a major role in your life, but you will be constantly interfered with. They will sit on your neck, manipulate and use you.
1. Others ask you to help, ask about a service, ask you to do something for them, beg for money, perceive you as a taxi driver, try to use you in different ways. You have to be good with them, and therefore do everything for them. You must forget about your interests and desires. But this is only in their subjective opinion. And when you declare the opposite, they call you an egoist and say: “This is what you have become! You have changed!"
2. The boss demands from you to plow, not to climb forward and to work for a penny. You have to solve his problems at work, and nobody cares about your plans. You have to work for the dream of other people, but do not meddle with your wishes. Sometimes you can try to defend your interests, but no one cares about your future. Who will plow if not you? But as soon as you go out into circulation, grow old or have health problems, you will be thrown out without even thinking. “There are no irreplaceable ones” they will tell you in the back and tomorrow they will find a replacement.
3. You are obliged to meet the expectations of relatives, parents and loved ones. Enter this university, work there and do that. Everything in order not to upset them and meet the expectations of loved ones. But who asked you about your dream? No one.
4. The other half will also use you. You can only be a means for arranging a family, children, household help and financial support. It is as if you are not the main one in your life, but you help to fulfill the dreams of another. Do this, carry money, demand nothing and be silent about your dreams. At one point, you can be thrown out to take on another supporting actor, if the best one turns up. Or to have your resources and leave them on the beans. Your role has been played, which means you will hear: "Hasta la Vista, baby!"
Be the protagonists of your life
What can you say in such a situation when someone will use you all your life for their own purposes? Be the protagonists of your life! All your life you will be forced to play a supporting role and extras, but you have to fight this. Do not agree to be the one who only fulfills other people's desires and dreams, but forgot and betrayed your own.
Be selfish? This is bad! It is to be selfish in your own life, while having healthy self-esteem! Except for you, no one will take care of you or even remember. Stop being a cog in your life when you have to take everything into your own hands. Don't stand in the crowd and don't even settle for a supporting role. You have your own life, and in it you should be in the center of events and your desires.
Manipulations and various circumstances will be used against you to make you dance to your tune. You will be imposed guilt, resentment, obligations. You will be told: "must do", "must help", "a real man does this." How to resist this? Read books on psychology to better resist manipulation and pressure from others. Do not be afraid to defend your interests, your desires, your plans, your goals and your dreams. Say no to everyone who is trying to sit on your back and dangle your legs.
Find everything you dream about. Find your antagonist, who does not allow you to self-actualize, and then destroy. Prove to everyone that you are not a weakling. Pay no attention to critics and envious people. Find yourself in this world, and do not cave in under everyone. Follow your dream now.
Sometimes you want to swear with relish, angry at all the manipulators. To play the role of extras or a second plan in your own life is too pitiful. It's like playing a loser in a ridiculous costume. Be healthy and selfish. Be yourself. Be happy. Be the protagonists of your life! What role do you play in your life?
