Does a successful man need courage in modern society? This word has a much deeper meaning that successful and strong people perfectly understand.

The ancient Greek playwright, the father of the European tragedy Aeschylus, in his tragedy "Seven Against Thebes", first mentioned the four basic virtues of men. We do not write the qualities of a "real man", because the very word "man" implies that he is real. Even in antiquity, four main qualities of a man were formulated. These were moderation, wisdom, justice and courage.
Courage is not for nothing that it is the same root with the word "man", it is a component of himself and himself. Is courage a trait of a person's character? able, realizing all the danger and risk, to overcome fear in himself, to endure all the hardships, both physical and moral.
Why do men need courage?
Someone will think, why do I need courage? When are intelligence, business qualities, cunning, the ability to adapt and flatter more important in modern society? The Chinese poet and writer Hong Zicheng answered this question back to the world in the 17th century:
Climbing the mountain, have the courage to walk along the steep path. Walking in the snow, have the courage to cross the slippery bridge. The word “courage” contains the deepest meaning. If you lack courage at the dangerous turns of life and on the bumps of worldly paths, you will certainly get stuck in some overgrown weed pit.
Courage does not always lie on the surface, it manifests itself at a certain moment that you need. Remember the situations in life when you really needed it. The moment when you were not cowardly and rebuffed the hooligans in the yard, the rude behavior of others, confronted the boss. There were times when you were faint-hearted and gave in, but this is so unpleasant to remember. But the moments of "glory", when you went against everyone, are often worth it to get all the bumps on your head, but defend your interests and honor.
Courageous people are not that common. I know many people, with whom not only would I go on reconnaissance, but I would be afraid to trust my back in the simplest life situation. Strong men respect other strong men. Some men have become morally weak and cause only bewilderment not only among men, but also among women. And who if not women feel the strength of the confidence and "bulletproofness" of a courageous man?
It is inner courage that attracts women and helps to break through the mountains of troubles and difficulties in life. Someone will retreat, but not you, you must be brave, otherwise your dreams will not come true. Courage, perseverance and self-confidence are the main reasons for the success of most businessmen, great athletes and politicians.
Courage of the mighty
Inner courage is very important, but even in modern society, you can prove your courage in public. Many successful and strong people in real life do have "big eggs". Real businessmen have fortitude, both in business and in extreme adventures, demonstrating their immense courage to the whole world.
