In recent years, women have become more active in the struggle for equality with men. Women want to occupy high positions, get a good job, have high salaries. But the leadership positions of men are not accidental. Men occupy this position for the reason that they are better adapted to life and stronger in almost any area.
Women join the ranks of feminists, complain about inequality, recall harassment, and make attempts to become equal to men. But the fact is that there is no oppression of the fair sex.
Women are objectively weaker and cannot compete with men in most areas of life. Women cannot take existing masculine positions and competently replace them.
Society, represented by especially active women, is trying to level the existing situation. But this struggle is meaningless and destructive. Women are trying to get not the same rights as men, but special privileges in order to be competitive. Women attack men in a "flock" in order to get bonuses for themselves.
Women do not want equality, but additional bonuses, pluses, privileges and protection. The weak (woman) demands to give himself a head start over the strong (man). But for strong men, this only causes a sad smile.
There was a movement of feminism, Me Too, accusations of harassment and other modern trends in Western values. When a strong white man is asked to yield to weaker women, minorities and other nationalities. Thus, entire companies become weaker and less competitive due to the fact that weak personalities are in key roles. This will wither away entire sectors and economies of countries where they bought into the fairy tale of "equality". In Asian countries, there is a very low percentage of women in business, power and leadership positions, in contrast to the West. This is one of the important reasons for the strength of the growing Asian economy.
Why is the smart one in a higher position than the average? Why is a pretty girl always more popular than a plain girl? Why does a hard worker get more than a lazy person? Why does a stronger athlete come to the finish line first? Why is a more seasoned professional always valued more than an ambitious, perk demanding perk?
The laws of life are such that this struggle will not help women. If a woman does not have enough skills, skills, knowledge and strength to defeat a man, no advantages will help her. The strongest survives in the modern world. If a woman cannot become equal in strength, then there will be no equality.
