All life is a run from the womb to the grave. On this path, it is more important to be happy than the most famous, wealthy and successful. The simpler and simpler your life is, the more it will bring you happiness. I realized this five years ago and made life as simple as possible.

1. Control your dreams. We create complexity ourselves. Sometimes we set goals and dreams that will never be achieved. All disappointments, tension, anxiety are hidden in high expectations from life. Let go of all unnecessary and unfulfilled dreams. Relax and live easier.
2. To hell with the vanity. We ourselves create chaos and eternal employment out of life. Get rid of the habit of proving something on the Internet, demonstrating the success of your life on social networks, watching TV or hanging on the Internet. These things constantly distract you and keep you on your toes. Get rid of unnecessary information noise, fuss and other such nonsense.
3. Say no. Sometimes we ourselves don't know what we want. Often we do things that are not particularly interesting to us and even harm. Say no to business and people that interfere with your life and peace of mind. Refuse people, not being afraid to show you bad and selfish.
5. Do what you like. Do what you want the most. Do not let vanity take away your favorite things, hobbies, hobbies. Do what you like and don't let life stop you from doing it.
