Often we do not know what exactly we want from life. You seem to be doing something, trying, fussing, working. But it’s not that. You are tired of life and you don't really want anything. Everything is disgusted, and you have lost the last guidelines, optimism and desire to live.

Many adults have a similar problem. As if there is no bright future at all.

Why don't you want anything in life?
First, one should find the reason for the lack of desire and happiness. Why are you sad? What is at the root of stagnation and lack of goals? This will be the clue.

You have been forced to choose. You were pressured by your parents, friends, and circumstances. As a result, desires, hobbies, university, specialty, profession, work and future life have been imposed on you. But that was not your personal choice. Maybe it's time to reflect on your preferences?

You hope that if you do everything "right", then life will turn out. But it doesn't work, and you are unhappy. Try to follow your desires, not give up on them.
You try to be too perfect. You are a real perfectionist. You have high demands on yourself and life. You are not satisfied with the average success, but you want to be a 100% winner of life. As a result, there is dissatisfaction with life when it does not work out the way I wanted. Don't scold yourself. Sometimes it’s enough to realize that you’re not so bad.
You are afraid of the future. You are very afraid of being unsuccessful. This makes you live in a utopian world, avoid everything new, try half your strength, avoid responsibility, envy other people and go with the flow. Such a life is very gray, mundane and boring. Try to challenge the future, the problems and yourself. You will love this courage.
You're too worn out. All your moral and physical resources are depleted. You have a lack of energy and stress. When resources are at a minimum, joy, positive emotions and the taste of life disappear. You need to sleep, rest, feel sorry for yourself and give a timeout.

What to do when life is stagnant and bored?
You've lost touch with your true needs, desires, and values. You have forgotten how to listen to yourself. You have stuck your dreams and goals so deeply that you cannot even recognize them. Think about things that will make you a little happier. Ask yourself the following questions:

- What interests you in life?
- What will make you smile?
- What evokes pleasant sensations and memories?
- What will revive emotions and awaken courage?
- What do you want to do?
- Who do you imagine yourself to be in fantasy?
- What are your favorite hobbies and interests?
- Who do you envy and who do you want to be like?
- What goals do you want to achieve?
- What are you dreaming and dreaming about?
- What do you want to change for a more fulfilling life?
What to do when you don't know what to do? Find life guidelines in the form of new or forgotten goals. Try something fresh. Get new impressions, emotions, acquaintances. Your every day depends on you. Only you can make yourself happy.
Do you know what you want from life? It is difficult to achieve something if you yourself do not know what you want. It's time to find out empirically. This means obtaining information through observation or experiment.
