What is minimalism? Minimalism is a way of life when you yourself determine the price of things and their importance. You are not distracted by unnecessary and unimportant things. The result is time, effort and money for something else. Which is of true importance to you. These are the best goals and the most desired dreams.
Remember how much you spent time, effort and money to get something. But in a week, month or year, you don't need this thing at all. But how much money did you spend on it? How many hours and days did you spend at work to buy another unnecessary nonsense? Was it really worth sitting at work and working so hard? Unlikely.
Littering living space has a bad effect on the psyche, health and life. The excess of things distracts us with what we really want. But minimalism isn't just about clothing and items. Everything should be considered much more broadly. In all spheres of life, asceticism, restrictions and minimalism are needed.

4. Minimalism and shopping
We love to buy, but we ourselves do not always understand why. Buy only what you really need. Do not make spontaneous purchases, do not wander around the shops in the empty and try to get rid of shopaholism. Put off making a decision for a day or a week before buying. The more expensive the item, the longer you think about purchasing.
Happiness is not in the number of things bought. Happiness is about doing the really important things, not being in a mindless rat race. The consumer society has not yet made anyone happy.
- Do you need this thing?
- How long will you use it?
- Do you buy for yourself or show off?
- Is it more profitable to rent?
- Would you like to buy this item in a week or a month?
It's time to embrace minimalism as a way of life. This will free up time, effort and money for really important things. Happiness is not in things and vanity, as many people think. Spend time on dreams, goals and plans. Only then will you be happy.
