There has been a substitution of values, when really useful professions are not appreciated, and various nonsense are honored. The list of unnecessary and popular professions is expanding every day. Everyone wants to be someone, but not to have a normal, useful specialty.
Why is it that dubious professions are more respected? In 90% of cases, it's about money. Working as an engineer, doctor or teacher, you cannot count on a decent income. But this situation is only in the countries of the former USSR. In the more civilized countries of Europe, Canada or the United States, things are different. Such professions, including workers, are adequately paid and rewarded. Professions useful to society receive high wages and working conditions.

We respect stars and other people like that, whose disappearance would not bring down the world. Everyone worries about an actor who gets drunk in an accident, kills a man and goes to jail. But everyone forgets about the delivery driver who died in this tragic accident.
The life of any person is important, not just a famous blogger, actor or model. We began to honor dubious professions, and we take their carriers for gods. We ourselves have found false idols and false ideals.
We ignore professions that are useful to society, as well as their carriers. Since when have we stopped respecting engineers, workers, drivers, salesmen, combine operators and other similar specialties? Why people who do real work have ceased to be respected? If you read the Internet, then all photographers, bloggers, beauty models and aspiring writers. But there are never those who want to work in important and necessary areas.
Useful professions for society and your happiness
In the modern world, a substitution of values has taken place. There are more and more empty people with empty desires and empty heads. Girls do not want a man with an ordinary profession, having absorbed the glamor and pathos of the modern world.
Igor Rasteryaev sang in his song "Combineers" about the crisis of the professions: "Combine operators, tractor drivers, loaders for watermelon trucks. These guys are not the dream of glamorous fools. " But useful and important professions are common, so don't worry.
From the glossy covers of the magazine completely different people who will never meet in real life look at us. We began to imagine life in the Hollywood style, but we disagree less. Girls dream of glamor, luxury, five-star hotels, private jets, white limousines, large diamonds and other attributes of gloss. We have seen enough of all this in low-budget Hollywood films, more like a fairy tale.
Endless illusions and exaggerated expectations lead to bitter disappointments. We have forgotten how to be content with what we have, to openly rejoice and enjoy life. We are in an endless race to live up to some imposed ideals from the outside.
How happy are you with this job? Are you making the world a better place and are you benefiting? Stop listening to glamorous gossip that hasn't made anyone happy yet. Do something really important. Do not listen to empty people who have long sold their souls for green candy wrappers. Happiness is far from that.
