We often think about our desires, but it is not always possible to understand them. Kind of standard dreams of a good job, a cool car, your own apartment, enough money, abs, hot girlfriend and regular travel. Getting all the signs of a successful and happy life is the dream of most people. But something is wrong in this, and the answer about the true desire is still difficult to find. I don't know what I want from life and that's it. This is the finish line.
But why does it suck and ache under the spoon, as if you want to eat? This feeling of dissatisfaction with life when you are in complete frustration. It seems like you want to get a certain job, get a certain amount of money and date some girl, but it's not that. It seems that there is something to dream about, what to want and what to achieve, but does not leave a feeling of some understatement.
I do not know what I want? This can apply to everything from work to personal life. Often we get confused about our desires and feelings, mistaking them for a moral dead end. The problem “I don’t know what I want” refers to our erroneous vision of the situation. In reality, the problems are different, but we unite under one flag. A better understanding of your feelings will help you find ways out of this situation.

Why don't you know what you want?
1. The problem of diffuse focus
"I do not know what I want? I want a lot and everything at once, that I can't decide and choose."
This situation is quite common when you want too much, that you grab onto everything. As a result, you try one, the other, the tenth, but nothing comes of it. The diffuse focus problem is solved by prioritizing. What do you want most in life? Select 3-5 targets out of 20, and discard the rest. Do not deal with the leftovers at all and avoid them by any means. Work only on the selected 3-5 ways. Focus on one thing, like a persistent woodpecker, and then hit one point. Purposefulness always works.

2. The problem of fear or laziness
"I do not know what I want? Or am I just crushing? I know my goal, but the goal is difficult to achieve and I'm afraid nothing will come of it."
Even our acquaintances, parents, friends, relatives and a cat laugh at some dreams. Do you remember the expressions: "You want a lot - you will get little", "If you want, you will want to", "Better a bird in your hands than a pie in the sky." The problem of the impossibility of a dream can take away all strength, motivation and desire. As a result, we don't feel like doing or trying anything.
Try to assess your dream soberly. Ask for advice from someone who is smart and competent enough. What does he think? But someone else's opinion is not a law or an axiom. Ponder yourself about the prospects, chances and reality of the dream. If the goal is achievable, with some effort, then follow it. You don't need the approval of others to follow your dreams.
The worst option is to doubt and stand still. You need to act or give up dreams, but just do not hesitate. It is usually better to follow a dream and get some result than to stay in one place all the time. While moving towards the goal, opportunities, promising paths and new dreams may appear that were not previously suspected.
Get rid of the fear problem and make a decision. You follow this dream, or choose another. And standing at a fork in the road, until the second coming, would be terribly stupid.

3. The problem of doubt
"I do not know what I want. I have no sympathy and enthusiasm for anything."
Sometimes you cannot understand your preferences at all. This usually happens for the reason that they are imposed by someone from the outside. We were inspired by parents, friends, acquaintances or someone else that this is right. But internal imbalance suggests the opposite, when the real and the desired do not coincide.
Parents dream of your legal career, but do you dream of being a programmer? The girl advises to be a programmer, but do you want to be a designer? Friends are calling to study to be a designer, and you have a craving for the exact sciences? The problem of doubts lies in the fact that we follow other people's guidelines and do it out of hand. As a result, we find ourselves at a loss when we don't want anything.
Don't know what I want in life? Or maybe you haven't found what you want yet? Confused, confused and lost in life. Or maybe you are afraid to admit your dreams to yourself? Ask yourself leading questions to reveal your true identity and interests:

- How do I want to live my life?
- What did you like to do in the past?
- What do I like to do and what do I have a heart for?
- What do I dislike to do and disgust?
- What does my intuition say?
- What makes me happy and morally fulfilling?
- When do I feel comfortable and pleasant?
- What do I want to get in my personal life, love and family?
- What do I dream about in my dreams?
- What is my true path and true desires?

Answering these questions will help you get closer to a better understanding of true desires.
Get out of the stupor and start acting
I don't know how I want to live. Or maybe you look like an ostrich? To avoid pain, fear and regret, we stick our head in the saving sand. I don't know what I want in this life! Or maybe you are afraid to wish and afraid to dream? To be frank, everyone must have dreams. We usually talk about them only when we get drunk and all barriers are removed.
You keep saying: "I don't know what I want!" It’s very easy to say that you don’t want anything. But it looks more like a protective reaction, reminiscent of rose-colored glasses. Get out of the stupor and start doing something. You have dreams, desires, goals, thoughts, but you are inactive.

Take a break if you're tired
When you don't want anything in life, this can be the cause of banal fatigue. Work, home, routine, everyday life, business. Constant employment does not provide an opportunity to take a break and take a break, which is so necessary. Take a break if you're tired. This will help you get out of the eternal hustle and bustle and constant running in a circle.
Eat a balanced diet, exercise, take breaks from work, get more rest, get enough sleep, and spend time alone. Let go of the situation and let it float. Don't get hung up on being confused and lost in life. Just rest and watch.

At one point, the situation will clear up, the rested brain will begin to issue ideas, and the rested body will want to follow them. When ideas and thoughts come up, write them down. Relaxation will release potential, which will open up opportunities for change.

Choose the right goals
I do not know what I want? Or do I want too much that the requests do not meet the adequacy? Modern television has accustomed us to the Hollywood picture, where there is a beautiful life, a lot of money and a high level of requests. But such a life is just a low-quality movie, where people hang noodles on their ears. In real life, the pursuit of money and success rarely brings happiness.
Money, cars, apartments, gold, planes, jewelry? Put health, youth, time, entertainment and communication with loved ones on the altar of a victim of success? Take it easy. You can live without all this, but be happier than those who are chasing it. Better not to be successful, but just to be happy.
Don't know what I want from life? I think the time has come to figure this out once and for all.
