Sometimes you wake up in the morning and understand that you need fresh sensations, a new goal, some kind of next step in life. The idea sank deeply and the decision about the goal was simple and unambiguous - sport. Tons of iron, sweat, muscle, testosterone, and hot blood.
According to statistics in developed countries, only 10% of the active population goes to a fitness club. There are no such statistics in Russia and Belarus, but presumably about 1% of the population is fond of going to a fitness club.



All simulators in the gym can be roughly divided into:
- Cardio equipment - treadmills and exercise bikes - designed to strengthen the body in general, as well as the muscles of the legs and gluteal muscles.
- Fitness simulators - designed to maintain the body in excellent physical shape, correct figure flaws.
- Strength machines are what we came here for, to develop endurance, strength and muscle building.
At first, it seems that the coach underestimates the possibilities and prescribes low weights, but at the end of the workout, muscle fatigue signals the right path.
In the gym, I was pleasantly surprised by one more thing: bodybuilders are extremely friendly people. The atmosphere in the gym and fitness room is saturated, there is no sweat, but the single goal of a healthy lifestyle and a beautiful body. Sports are contagious and the gym is really addicting.
