What internet habits are shaping your reality? Is this really the reality you want? Can you influence what it will be like?
Each of us has our own reality. And we create and shape it in different ways.
We tend to think of reality as something external and absolute, like the sun illuminating us on a hot afternoon. The sun exists whether we believe in it or not, right?
But for people, reality seems the way they perceive it. Therefore, one person will see the sun overwhelmingly hot and depressing, while another will see this as an opportunity for a great tan. There will also be those who will discern in him an angry god who must be feared and worshiped. And some will be convinced that the sun is a giant cancer machine.
All these people have different realities, although objectively the sun for each of them is the same.
In this sense, whatever you think and do on a regular basis shapes your reality.
And, basically, for most people it is the Internet and mobile applications.
If you spend time on sites that tell how terrible this world is, how bad everything is, that because of terrorism, homosexuality, crime and politics, everything goes to hell, then this will be your reality.

If you look at photos of your friends' culinary delights on Vkontakte, watch their lives and travels, this will determine your reality. If you are on a porn site, this is your reality. If you follow people on Twitter who complain all the time, it will affect your life path.
What internet habits are shaping your reality? Is this really the reality you want? Can you influence what it will be like?
I have no answers. I just wanted to influence your reality a little.
