Most of the boundaries and barriers exist only in the imagination of a person. Maybe it's time to set new boundaries or get rid of them altogether? Become different today.
In order to achieve success, you need to push the boundaries of your capabilities. It means realizing that boundaries exist only in your head. You may think that you are being restricted by your boss, company, spouse, or parents. However, it is not. All frames are in the head.
It is not trials, circumstances, or perceived limitations that bar the path to greatness. On it is the erroneous belief that your desire cannot be fulfilled. Expand your limits and you will realize that the "impossible" is actually possible. Maybe it's time to set new boundaries. Or get rid of them altogether. You decide. Expanding boundaries is the final decisive factor. Change yourself - and you change the world. Become different today. Here are five tips to help you do just that.
1. Determine what fears are holding you down
To expand your limits, you first need to be aware of what you are dealing with, what scares you, what you are afraid to admit. Success comes when you face your fears and acknowledge your weaknesses. You have to acknowledge the fact that being afraid is okay and honestly to explore your fear. On closer examination of fear, you will realize that it is nothing more than a misplaced attitude that was once laid down. Fear does not exist as such.

2. Force yourself to put in extra effort, even if it seems impossible
You may think that you are 100 percent devoted to the cause, but this is hardly the case. Quite frankly, it doesn't work that way. These are pure inventions. To make an extra effort is to take another necessary action. This is the pain you are willing to endure until you get what you want. Usually, people don't like to give their best. We spend time, mental energy and emotions trying to look good, not working for the result. We discuss the plan instead of working on it. We find excuses for our mediocrity. If we want to be successful, we need to do more. Much more.
3. Don't worry about what others think
Listening to the opinions of others is the first reason for failure. Are you ready to sacrifice your future for the sake of a stupid critic? It's ridiculous to be so concerned about what people think of us. Why not stop pretending to be great and just go ahead and be great? In 90%, criticism is simply envy of someone else's success. As a rule, critics themselves would not mind becoming the same as those whom they criticize, but they do not allow themselves to do this.
4. Consciously choose difficult situations that may well turn out to be a failure
Anyone can be a winner when victory is easy. This is not a challenge. However, this is exactly what most of us do: We win when it doesn't take a lot of effort. If you want to push your limits, you need to come to terms with the possibility of failure. And a lot to risk. Chances are, you will have to fall repeatedly on the road to success. Maybe not even ten times, but a hundred. But a strong person is called strong because after each fall he rises and moves on.

5. Question everything
If you find yourself in some circumstances, this does not mean that this is how everything should be. It only speaks of how things stand now. Pushing the boundaries of opportunity means seeing the situation as it is and questioning it. Challenge reality. Believe that your will is stronger than the circumstances. "No" is not a sentence. This is just an opinion.
You can do everything!
