The regional beauty contest "Beauty of Polesie" was held in Gomel for the first time. Despite the fact that the beauty contest was not entirely traditional, it clearly delighted all spectators.
On Saturday, February 9, 2013, the regional beauty contest "Beauty of Polesie" was held in Gomel for the first time with the support of the general partner of the Gomel PO "Kristall".
The organizer, the Crystal Nymph Fashion and Beauty Center, plans to enter the international arena with the participation of neighboring countries, because Polesie is located on the territory of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.
18 participants from all over the Gomel region reached the final of the first beauty and grace contest.
The audience saw five fashion shows of beauties in various outfits, there were outfits from the Historia Naturalis brand, and a collection with faux fur from O'Jen, and wedding dresses from the Prestige salon, and swimwear from Milavitsa.
All entries of the contestants were evaluated by a competent jury, which included directors of partner enterprises "Crystal" and "Comintern", director of "Crystal Nymph" Klim Andreev, director of the National Historical Museum, head of the House of Beauty "Musson" and a professional photographer.
In between the defile, popular Belarusian artists performed in front of the audience: the Jamaica group, the accordion player Vitaly Voronko and the Litesound group.
And finally, the jury chose the winners of the first regional beauty and grace contest "Beauty of Polesie", starting such a pleasant ceremony.
Chachina Veronika from Gomel, No. 4, won in two nominations "Beauty and Grace" and "For the will to win" at once.
The third place was taken by Anastasia Kuznetsova from the town of p. Vetka, no. 18, becoming the "II Vice-Beauty of Polesie", while Anastasia also won the "Audience Award", gaining about 28% of all votes.
The second place and the nomination “I Vice-Beauty of Polesie” was given to Natalia Lazuta from the town of Oktyabrsky, no. 2.
And the victory went to the Gomel resident Bukshta Margarita, no. 10, now she is the "Beauty of Polesie-2013".
