In turn, the "race" stimulates factors such as stress, crisis, panic, fear, which cause a person to feel confused and unstable.

Panic - this is a sudden confusion, a manifestation of fear in the presence of real or imaginary danger.

A crisis - this is a turning point, a difficult, difficult situation.

Stress - This is a state of increased nervous tension caused by any strong influence. Stress is a defensive reaction designed to tune the body to independently overcome the aggression of the external environment.

Fear - this is a state of strong anxiety, fear, anxiety, emotional excitement from impending or expected danger.

Well, who of us, at least once a week, at the workplace, is not in a state of confusion?
