You are standing straight with your hands down - Fig. 1 and begin to walk as high as possible raising your knees and, as it were, pressing them to your stomach - Fig. 2.
Exercise 2. "Hold the stone"
You stand straight, hands on the waist, as in exercise 1. Knees are slightly bent (!). Now bend your knees more strongly and strongly strain and relax the muscles of the buttocks several times, as if holding a stone between them - Fig. 3.
Straighten without bending your knees to the end.
Exercise 3. "Skiing"
You are standing straight with your knees bent slightly. You start, as it were, running on the spot, but without lifting your socks off the floor, but only alternately with your heels, quickly shifting from foot to foot and putting your knees forward alternately as quickly as possible. Only knees move back and forth! Rice. 4-5. The exercise should be performed as quickly as possible and at the beginning no more than one minute.
Exercise 4. "Bridge"
You are lying on your back. As shown in Fig. 6:
