Perhaps the most harmless option is to print a photo of the boss, hang it out of his reach, get darts or tomatoes and practice accuracy.

Learn to live with him, as, say, with some incurable disease. In other words, just stop noticing it and continue enjoying life.

Find something illegal in the company's documentation and apply to the appropriate authorities with these papers. You will have to act at your own peril and risk, all of a sudden everything has already been seized and paid for by your boss for years in advance. Fearfully?
